About Us

Tony Ashby is a fully qualified UEFA (level 3) football coach having achieved his level 2 qualification award in 2001. As a result he holds diplomas in Child Protection, First Aid and is fully certified by the Criminal Records Bureau. Tony is also a member of FACA and is fully insured.

Tony is currently a Professional Coach with Colchester United's Centre of Excellence and has also previously managed Player Development centers (PDC) and Coached at Ipswich Towns Academy for many years with many players achieving both Elite, and Academy positions.

Regardless of your ability, T J Soccer will ensure that football is explained to your players so that everyone understands ’the beautiful game’ in a new and dynamic way, raising confidence and making them eager to play football at every opportunity to demonstrate their newly acquired football skills. T J Soccer 2009 believes that all children deserve coaching excellence from fully qualified experienced coaches who are able to provide evidence of their abilities on demand. All our coaches are CRB checked, FACA members and have past experience working with children. We pride ourselves on quality coaching and not quantity of players ensuring all sessions are tailor made towards players achieving their true expectations.

Our Advanced soccer schools are aimed at players who have the ability, drive and determination to succeed. We will work with you to improve your all round ability, technique and fitness. We combine top quality academy standard coaching with the mental attitude aspects that are becoming increasingly important in the modern game.
